It's not too bad but looking to up my towing capabilities. You won't find 4.11's for the Dana30. You are best to go with 4.10's front and rear. If you are running a 5spd with overdrive, consider going 4.56's front and rear. Those speeds assume 0% torque converter slippage. Actual speed will be slightly less depending on the torque converter.Your 5th gear will prevent most of that. To switch a full time 4x4 transmission to 4.11 or 4.44 gears, you have to loose the center diff lock and switch to an EJ style transfer housing and center diff. Just switching to a part time 4x4 transmission should help a lot because you'll jump from 3.7 to 3.9 final drive.If it had 195 AFR's or the 200 Iron eagle platinums, I'd say faster with 3.73's as mid torque range would be much better and it would come out of the hole great. The 215's may be stronger with the 4.11's for the same reason.
