Mt Hood is fine, but IMO really nothing outstandingly spectacular or different from many other mountainous areas. If the weather cooperates, Mt St Helens would be my vote if you want to see a mountain.The channels of the aluminum seem similar to the CVT Mt Hood tent except the corner on the St. Helens are kinda a hard mush rubber material.
