Run a billion of those. If you end up with excessive forgotten souls run some bounties to reforge an item you want a primal up. Try not to worry too much about primals - decently-rolled ancients aren't that much worse, and you're much more likely to get one of those. 10% chance for an item to roll legendary. 1% chance for an item to roll primal. You would think one in ten items is legendary, and one in 100 is primal.The faster you get gear, the more likely you will get an ancient or primal item.
