Even when boil over provides 0 value it's just horribly frustrating carrying a survivor that has it. I think Boil Over should be changed. Not because it's too strong, because it isn't at all. However I think Boil Over is in a bad place where it provides close to 0 value while being overly frustrating to play against. It's the worst type of perk.The problem with Boil Over isn't that it is being buffed, it is that the buff is so situational that the value you get from it is either extremely good or absolutely nothing. It does not logical. It says it increases the TEAM-Aura. Not the Killer Aura. Boil Over effects only the killer not the survivor. Doubt it. Open-Handed increases your and your teammates' aura reading range, while Boil Over affects killer only.
