Xeno really doesn't need STBFL, because Xeno would rather get hits with the tail rather than M1s. Plus running two perks to make M1 hits stronger is hardly a big problem especially when you lose access to bloodlust which is very useful at strong connected tiles for pure M1 killers.Good Weskers can hit you around certain loops, but the timing is somewhat strict. You have to take into account the charge up time, plus the fact that the first dash is shorter than the second one, in order to get the grab. Nov 11, 2016 · STBFL seems to favor hit recovery where Unrelenting favor miss recovery. The miss recovery doesn't seem to be the issue as it important for the killer to get back into the chase but the hit recovery seems a bit high. STBFL will only work with 1 selected survivor alive so has to be better than Unrelenting in some way. Suggested: STBFL | Hit: 20 ...Stacks can mean things like BBQ and Chili stacks, Devour hope stacks, STBFL stacks. Each time you do something you either get a stack, or lose stack depending on which perk it is. Many of his best add-ons require you to be cloaked to get value (shadowdance for example). STBFL reduces your successful hit cool-down. Having a lower hit cool-down means you can cloak more quickly and stick to survivors more effectively as a result.

I believe this is fine, as STBFL before 6.0.2. wasn't exactly marred as being "too ineffective", and a 38-millisecond difference from pre-6.0.2. to current PTB isn't exactly an issue.
