That possibly makes Staff of Corruption (schematics in Black Emporium) slightly better than Wrath of Lovias (also schematics in Black Emporium), but both of these are very good. Downside: Lovias does have upgrade slots, Corruption ... I honestly dont know. I believe that the Lyrium-infused staff has higher base damage, while the staff corruption gives better material slots.
