The Ford 3000 that I have on the farm had a problem with the power steering. There is one small leak but it is very minimal, but I seem to keep losing the oil. Crack open the line from the filters at the injection pump. You should get a good gravity flow of fuel there unless your tractor has a lift pump. Tractor. You must have a later 3000 as the early ones used a 3 bolt manifold there to secure both lines to the pump. Those rubber type hydraulic fittings weren't the best idea.
