Old Free 120 score 65% . Hello everyone! I've heard the older Free 120 is easier than the newer one but I want to leave the latest free 120 for 2-3 days before my exam and gave the 2021 one today. The mean scores for Step 1 over the past several years have ranged from 231 to 235. Step 2 CK receives average scores between 245 and 247. Students often receive mean scores between 227 and 228 on Step 3.

If you are >80% on it I think you have a good chance of scoring 240+. I found the real deal easier than the NBMEs and similar or slightly easier than Free 120, but you will hear the opposite from many people. The real one is similar to 120 and definitely more vague than the practice NBMEs.I don't think any one test is a good predictor, but the exam felt most similar in style to Free120. I took UWSA 2 one week after UWSA 1 and I attribute the scor Marked half of the questions. Test in 10 days. NBMEs are the most predictive, but I passed the real deal with 70% free 120. Hard to say with just one test, but I think the common wisdom is >70% on free 120 is safe enough to pass.
