The interior differences are huge, 460 is much better as daily just for that reason alone imo. Also there's no air suspension to worry about if you don't want it (optional rear axle only on the 460), and generally speaking they seem similarly reliable but the 460 is simply newer and has better parts availability etc as it's still in production.
