I recently did the blower motor upgrade. I drained the coolant, disconected the battery and when I was done installing the new blower motor I put everything back together again.

Without more info i can only guess. First try unplugging the electrical connector at the MAP sensor. If it runs better unplugged. Replace the MAP sensor. Could also be a leaky injector. Check the spray pattern. Also look for drips when the engine is shut off. Check EGR valve function.
