The LWRC mono forge upper is nicer than a mil spec upper imo... DD uses a standard mil spec upper nothing special about it. The LWRC has a full ambi lower. That bolt release on the right side of the lower is awesome to have. DD doesn't have that. The LWRC also comes with a nice ambi charging handle.
