installed a remanufactured GM transfer case. It now has 65,000 miles on it and the front seal is leaking. Dealer said my 100K warranty is no good as it has been more than 3 yrs.(I was told life time but have no warranty certificate) The bearing in the front is sloppy and causing the seal to leak.We put new seals & the old yokes in the transfer case & differentials , but had bad leaks. So, we bought new seals (again) and NEW yokes. AH, but we still have bad leaks. There are no leaks between the seals & the yokes, BUT the fluid runs out around the splined shaft where the nuts go.

They used some silicone around the inside of the case as there were small pits and scratches and installed a new seal (this will be the third one).
