The quality of the liner is excellent. The only issue I have is Miller lists this as the replacement liner for the Millermatic 250. However the threads do not fit a Millermatic 250. I had to cut the threaded end off so there were no threads on either end. Not ideal, but it did work. The 190 is half the weight and a first generation machine. The 211 has a few more amps which may be handy and its is multi volt too. All manufactures have to redesign machines just so we need to think about a replacement or upgrade. Best advice would be to try each one and see how it runs.Feb 13, 2021. #1.
