Motor medic motor flush
Today I used the Motor Medic Gunk engine flush and went to the OEM 5w30 oil. Also did the idle relearn procedure for the electronic throttle valve. Now my car idles fine and doesn't go into full retard on the exhaust cam on decel when I let off the throttle. I was even able to lower the idle RPM to 800 without issue.It's made to clean the inside of the engine when regular 3000mi oil changes keeps it clean in the first place. And (because it's a solvent) it breaks down organic gaskets (paper, cork, etc.) Which are commonly used on older cars. So we bought a bottle of motor medic engine flush to use on the next Oil Change.
