Required First Year Core - Spring Semester __ Arts and Culture towards the Crossroads (4 credits), ACC-UF 102 __ Global Works and Society in a Changing World (4 credits), GWC-UF 102 __ Writing as Critical Inquiry (4 credits), WRCI-UF 102 __ General Chemistry I or II (5 credits) Required Second Year Core (to be taken in alternating semesters):Non-NYU Study. Liberal Studies students are not permitted to pursue coursework at other universities while in the LS Core or Global Liberal Studies during the regular academic year. NYU does not normally accept summer school transfer credits taken at another university. Students may take such courses only with prior approval.
