A BRIEF HISTORY OF OMEGA PSI PHI 'On November 17, 1911, at Howard University, Washington, D.C., the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity was founded by three men-Brothers Edgar A. Love, Oscar J. Cooper, and Frank Coleman, in company with Professor Ernest E. Just. These three men, having thoroughly The First District is one of the five original districts designated by the Fraternity in 1922.
