A spinoff for the company’s I/ONTAK division was announced on March 30th and will expand into India’s pharmaceutical market.Ill take a jab at it. Premiums fluctuate based on "the greeks" and overall movement of the price. So for example, and forgive me if im mistaken as im just a novice, but the delta depending on its own value dictates the change in premium based on the price action of the stock.The way I see this (got in at 1.78, still holding). This agreement was made years ago when ctxr was probably peanuts in terms of marketcap its like having a bonus if ctxr reaches 2b market cap from now on.
