If the tensioner is suspect, that mileage and effort involved, I would replace the tensioner, pulley and belt. 2011 CR-V 4WD AT.This is a job which is easy to do with just a vice as a press. Typically the seals on a sealed radial bearing doesn't do a very good job holding grease in or dirt out.
