My skill build is BL100. Lone Survivor. 50/25/11/50/7/7. If you wanted to stay Lower you could take 20 out of skill, 10 out of vit and 5 or 10 out of stam. I recommend a good amount of stam for the Burial Blade though. I use Saw Spear, BB and Saif. I'm not a fan of Rakuyo but that's the perfect build for it. Fire paper + beast blood pellets + whip mode should take care of beast bosses easily. And remember to use the entire moveset, the whip R2's and transform attacks have high multipliers (1.34 for regular R2, 1.28 for transform). Just use the saw cleaver and buy the cane later on.
