I've run into an issue where I've stolen a couple of ships and taken them back to New Atlantis to register them. Unfortunately, the latest (my third stolen ship) seems bugged. Pre-bug, they become inaccessible after the Starborn exit, but the ship stays on the ground no matter what. Apparently, these things were supposed to fly off after dropping off Starborn.
