This guide is meant to provide helpful troubleshooting steps to empower Local Support Providers to resolve issues they find with the installation and/or operation of the University Client VPN "Palo Alto - GlobalProtect". From a clinical location you can connect to the WiFi network called Penn Medicine using your faculty/staff login. 2. Remote Access. To access from off-site, visit the Remote Access Portal at https://pennmedaccess.uphs.upenn.edu.Proactively test your capability for reliable remote access. This may include testing your home network connection as well as remote access to critical applications and on-campus systems. Zoom Meetings. Many departments have Zoom accounts.
