Jun 8, 2014 · Business Outlook. Pros. Decent health and 401k benefits. 4 day work week for drivers, weekends off for all. Decent low level co-workers (good people in a bad company.) Cons. No accountibility for managers. They sidestep all responsibility and throw the regular workers under the bus at every opportunity.Cintas. I enjoyed working at Cintas and wish I never left. The work was at times very physical and heavy but since I learned how to do different jobs, I enjoyed the ability to move around and not do the same thing every day.
